Pump Repairs
We offer repair services for Rexroth A2VK- and A7VK-series pumps. We offer cleaning and bearing replacements, all the way to full rotary group replacements. We do not offer repair services for Rotary Power Pumps, instead we suggest replacement as the more cost-effective solution.
The Process
Step 1
Arrival and Documentation
Every pump received is checked into our proprietary job-tracking software, is photo-documented for reference on components received as well as rotation, orientation and placement of fittings.
Step 2
Disassembly, Quotation and Cleaning
In order to properly repair each job, it must be disassembled and inspected. Our technicians are trained to determine the root causes of failure, and parts/processes to repair. All components are then cleaned to ensure no contamination upon assembly.
Step 3
Assembly, Testing, and Return
We always replace the bearings in every pump repair. If necessary, full rotary groups are also replaced. After assembly, each pump is tested for pressure and flow. If equipped, Magnetic Drive Couplings are cleaned and reinstalled onto the repaired pump before shipping back to your plant.
