Our business started in 1988 with repairing mixheads. We have grown and expanded into other markets, but we still do the same high-quality work that we started with!

The Process
Step 1
Arrival and Documentation
Every mixhead received is checked into our proprietary job-tracking software, is photo-documented for reference on components received as well as orientation and placement of fittings.
Step 2
Disassembly, Quotation and Cleaning
In order to properly repair each job, it must be disassembled and inspected. Our technicians are trained to determine the root causes of failure, and parts/processes to repair. All components are then cleaned to ensure no contamination upon assembly.
Step 3
Assembly, Testing, and Return
Depending on your specific process, we offer different solutions for rod coatings to prevent sticking. After coating, the mixhead is reassembled with all-new, highest-quality seals available, and all clearances are checked to ensure proper sealing. Each mixhead is then tested extensively to ensure performance before shipping back to you facility.
