Onsite Field Service

Our technicians are highly trained, and offer the support you need

Step 1: Arrival & Documentation

Every mixhead and pump received is checked into our proprietary job-tracking software, is photo-documented for reference on components received as well as rotation, orientation, placement of fittings, or any other distinguishing features.

Step 2: Disassembly, Quotation and Cleaning

In order to properly repair each job, it must be disassembled and inspected. Our technicians are trained to determine the root causes of failure, and parts/processes to repair. All components are then cleaned to ensure no contamination upon assembly.

Step 3: Assembly, Testing, and Return

Depending on your specific process, we offer different solutions for rod coatings to prevent sticking. After coating, the mixhead is reassembled with all-new, highest-quality seals available, and all clearances are checked to ensure proper sealing. Each mixhead is then tested extensively to ensure performance before shipping back to you facility. For pumps, every bearing is always replaced. If necessary, full rotary groups are also replaced. After assembly, each pump is tested for pressure and flow. If equipped, Magnetic Drive Couplings are cleaned and reinstalled onto the repaired pump before shipping back to your plant.
