Does your mix head drip into the mold, or cross-over contaminating the chemical return lines, day tank or hydraulic fluid lines? Does the plunger stick and refuse to shift? Then we ask that you send it to MHR, the mix head repair specialist. MHR will repair any RIM, SRIM or RRIM mix head. All mix heads received are disassembled, cleaned and worn parts inspected free of charge. Promptly within five working days you will receive a faxed quote. All repairs at MHR are done by competent personnel with nearly 100 years of combined mixhead repair and polyurethane processing experience. Our nearly 10,000 square foot facility houses our design and development department, precision inspection instrumentation, machine shop and hydraulic test stand.
