MHR's trained and experienced technicians have the knowledge, experience and tools to insure your chemical metering pumps are cleaned and rebuilt correctly the first time. Whether it's a Rexroth or RHL Chemical Metering Pump, our staff quickly inspects the pump upon its arrival at MHR and provides you with a quote. MHR's standard pump repair provides for a complete cleaning of the pump to remove all residual chemical inside and out, lap the swash and control plates to a polished finish, then reassemble pump with new factory seals and bearings, pressure test pump on our test stand to ensure that pump maintains a constant pressure over a standard period of time. MHR uses a non-reactive fluid medium to ensure that when your pump is put into service, the chemicals don't react with the residual fluid still inside the pump. As opposed to other repair houses that use hydraulic oil for their fluid on their tests stands.

MHR carries a large variety of seal kits for all the different sized displacements of RHL and Rexroth Chemical Metering Pumps. MHR also maintains an inventory of bearings for the different Rexroth pump sizes. Individual component parts are hit and miss - certainly worthy of a call to find out.
